Founded in 2007 and based in Cambridge, our primary focus is as experienced energy assessors for Domestic EPC’s, Commercial EPC’s and Public DEC’s. We are also certified solar PV technology surveyors, provide high quality inventory reports and produce floor plans. We qualified as Green Deal(GD) Advisors with the introduction of the GD in 2013.

Our expertise in the building energy efficiency market place and our passion to deliver a high quality service enables us stand out from the local competition.  Our clients have confidence in the energy certificates we produce and often act on the recommendations provided. We always set a high priority on developing good working relationships with all of our clients.

We serve Cambridge and surrounding area within a radius of about 40 miles, but on occasion we will work in London and the East of England to meet our client’s expectations.

As members of the STROMA accreditation scheme, we strictly follow the EPBD legislation; take on board CLG technical guidance, as well as the quality control process of STROMA. We are both competitively priced and provide a quality service. If we say we will do something, we do it and this has stood us in good stead.
